Egg-sellent Easter Offerings at Spalding URC
Sunday 31st March
Looking for an alternative to a sugar-fuelled Easter morning? Come and join us at 10.30am for our family service on 31st March and share in some joy with us as we explore the true meaning of the day. All are invited, refreshments are served in the hall after the service as usual.
Spalding Flower Parade 2024
11th & 12th May ~ Sat: 9.30am to 4pm, Sun: 10am ~ 2pm
After the success of 2023's returning Flower Parade, it's back, and our doors at Spalding URC will once again be open on both days. We will be serving refreshments, warm snacks and sandwiches, and you can come and sit in the main hall, or (if the sun stays out for us!) enjoy our beautiful church garden.
Our main sanctuary will also be once again OPEN for visitors to look round, watch this space for a surprise announcement on what else to look out for!

Spalding URC Walkers are BACK!
Thursdays 6.45pm, dates below.
Our Wednesday Walking group is back - but now we meet on a Thursday we need a new name! Walks are of a reasonable length and tested for terrain and obstacles such as stiles beforehand - so no need to worry if you just want a gentle stroll. All are welcome, we meet at the start of the route each time. Please contact us if you want more details on a particular week's walk.
We meet May-Aug on alternate Thursdays. Watch this space for details of our next walks!
Coffee, Cake & Chat ~ Coffee Morning
Saturdays 9.30am-11am
When you're wandering around Spalding town after a long day's shopping, or just wanting to pick up a treat on the way, our hall will be serving tea (flavoured optional), coffee (decaffeinated available) and a range of snacks at very reasonable prices.
Boys' Brigade and Girls' Brigade
Mondays during term time - 6pm

Our Girls' and Boys' Brigades now both meet on a Monday night during term times, Boys' Brigades age groups still beginning at their usual times. Whether you're here to n:vestigate, n:gage and n:spire with the GB or explore with the BB through body, mind, spirit,

Friendship Group ~
first Tuesday of the month, 2pm - 4pm
It's time for a new year of interesting afternoons on all sorts of different topics, and this year we're even more excited to be back meeting again in person. New friends are always welcome to join us for our range of talks, activity evenings and group outings, always followed by some refreshments to round off the session. No membership required, just £3 per visit, which includes refreshments. Contact the Webmaster for more information.

Want to join an award-winning local marching band? Or just start by learning a new instrument alongside a friendly group of people? We meet weekly, practising for regular competitions and events.
Membership is just £1 a week
